Private Truck Rental Event

Renting our truck privately provides that fun, casual ambiance you've always wanted! Limited or open menus are available and minimum spending requirements vary according to location. Let us cater your event and you can relax, sit back, and enjoy the waffles!

Pick up or Delivery

Want your gourmet waffles delivered right to your party? What about lunches for the office? We do that too. Just scroll down and send us a quote request! Waffles will arrive already cooked & all the toppings packaged up for you. Perfect for smaller parties or when you want the waffles ready to go all at once.

Wildflour Waffles Catering/Events 

• Food truck rental set up/travel/ $150 fees are dependent on  mileage*

• Available for guest self-pay events for fairs, festivals, etc. 

• Looking to add something other than waffles to your event just let us know and we will try our best to accommodate. 

• Chafing dishes for buffets additional cost.

• Additional mileage cost is dependent on location.

• Delivery Fees are dependent on location.

• For large events an additional fee of $150.00 per staff member.

• Food Truck Catering is a 2-hour service; additional rental hours are $100/hr. 

• A non-refundable Deposit must be made to reserve a date.

• If an event date must be changed/canceled by the booking party,  the deposit will be applied towards a future date that does not exceed 60 days from the original event date. 

• Invoices must be paid in full 5 days before the event. 

• Invoices not paid by the date of the event will incur a late fee of $50/day until the balance is paid

• Payment will be made via Zelle or CC. A CC payment will incur a 4% processing fee.
